The Management Board of Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area in Tay Ninh province is a public service unit with revenue under the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province.
The Management Board performs the function of assisting the Provincial People's Committee in preserving, restoring and embellishing the historical and cultural relic site and scenic spot of Ba Den Mountain; managing and protecting natural resources, restoring and preserving intact ecosystems, and conserving the biodiversity of the historical and cultural forest and scenic spot of Ba Den Mountain according to the provisions of law.
The Management Board is under the direct direction and management of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province and the professional guidance of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The Management Board has legal status, its own seal and account, is allowed to open an account at the State Treasury and bank, and is provided with funds from the state budget to operate in accordance with the provisions of law.
